The McChicken, Premium Grilled Classic Sandwich and Honey Mustard Snack Wrap are all great choices. Try to order a side salad with these meals such as the Premium Caesar Salad (without chicken) as the fibrous carbs will help balance your meal. You can also order meals such as the Premium Southwest Chicken Salad which comes with chicken. This way you get your protein with the chicken and carbs with the salad.



When we wake up in the morning we've not eaten or had any thing to drink in, let's hope, over eight hours. A good rule of thumb...start off your day with a BIG glass of water. Yes, it's true, we dehydrate while we sleep. If you have trouble stomaching cold water first thing, fill up your glass the night before and let it sit on the counter so it's at least room temperature when you drink it. We also haven't eaten all night and our blood sugar is down.

Drinks: we don't allow any drinks in our vehicles but water, so we buy the largest size water bottles - one for each person - write each one's name on theirs, and buy gallon jugs of water on the way for refills. That way everyone has their own water and there's no mess with pouring drinks. If flying, we take 2-3 small water bottles per person and carry in our back packs, refilling when possible. Water can be very expensive in airports and hotels.



Losing weight is never easy, but now you are busy comparing photographers, picking out invitations, having your gown bustled, getting your gifts registered, and that's just on Saturday. The easiest, and most convenient thing to do is pull your Mazda into the nearest drive thru. Or maybe you just don't have time to read nutrition labels and crave a McChicken-sandwich-extra-mayo for lunch every day.



When you pick these vitamins and health supplements up, please do so at your local health food store or from a whole-food online store. Stay away from the grocery or drug store. They deal primarily in synthetic vitamins and supplements, which generally cause more harm than good.
